What we collect

When you register we collect your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, country, church or organisation, how you heard about us and what you hope to build. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

How we use it

To manage your registration, confirm your payment, send you joining details (including the Zoom link) and programme reminders, and, only if you opt in, to tell you about future programmes.

Who processes it

Supabase (database hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery) and Cloudflare (website hosting) process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

For the duration of the programme and up to 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer (e.g. payment records).

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw marketing consent at any time. Contact us at hello@thearimatheaacademy.com.
